Anyone excited? Oh boy, I AM!
It’s finally here: My 30 Day Minimal Wellness Challenge.
I thought up this idea about a year ago (yes, it’s been a freaking YEAR!) It hasn’t been without ups and downs. To give you a bit of a backstory, I began to piece together this challenge back when I was still an active Beachbody coach. The goal was to combine two things I am passionate about . . two things that have changed my life for the better . . health/fitness and minimalism!
Here’s what I have for you:
A 30 day challenge that will strengthen your mind, body, and soul.
I won’t be asking you to do 100 pushups a day or to declutter your entire house, room by room. Instead I’ve created 30 relatively quick, relatively easy ways to start bettering your life, small step by small step!
So what makes my challenge stand out from the rest? Well, as I’ve mentioned, I’m not asking you to get rid of one item on day one and two items on day two. I’m not asking you to dig deep and remove every sentimental item from your home. This journey isn’t only about material possessions. This challenge is about everything that makes you who you are; your physical space, your relationships, your daily habits, etc. We’re doing an overhaul on all of it! Minimizing ALL of the excess from your life to create a life by design!
